The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what estimate he has made of the number of jobs in Glasgow supported by contracts for the Royal Navy Type-26 frigate programme.

The Type 26 programme supports approximately 2,000 jobs at BAE Systems' Glasgow shipyards and further jobs in the supply chain.
