The question

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to Clauses 9 and 11 of the Immigration and Asylum Bill, what assessment she has made of the potential impact of the expedited claims process when used as a result of a Clause 11 claims

These clauses will allow for faster progression of appeals. This will introduce greater efficiency into the system, by encouraging earlier disclosure, while maintaining fairness, independence and ensuring justice is done.
