Asked by Gordon McKeeLabourForeign, Commonwealth and Development OfficeTabled Answered 7 September 2026UIN 19213

The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, what assessment she has made of the implications for her policies of steps taken by (a) Spain, (b) Ireland, (c) Belgium, (d) the Netherlands and (e) other countries to restrict trade linked to Israeli settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.

Answered by Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office

As the Foreign Secretary made clear in the House on 3 September, this Government will not acquiesce in the destruction of the two-state solution - we will act.

We will set out a comprehensive set of measures in the coming weeks.
