The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, further to the Government Property Agency's press release entitled 14 government buildings closed in the past year, as savings for the taxpayer reach over £43 million, published on 13 July 2026,if he will place in the Library a copy of the Outline Business Case for Manchester Digital Campus formally approved by the Treasury.

As of 11 June 2025, Publishing Business Cases, Guidance for Departments states all projects and programmes on the GMPP are required to publish a Summary Business Case or the Full Business Case. It has been confirmed with the Head of Green Book and Major Projects Unit that this applies to the Manchester Digital Campus.
