The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, if she will provide a full list of licensed special administration practitioners in the UK who would be eligible to be appointed to undertake the special administration of a water company.

The Government Commercial Agency provides UK public sector organisations with a recommended list of suppliers with the capabilities to support restructuring and insolvency which are listed under Lot 10 of the Management Consultancy Framework Four.
