To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, by when does Cambridgeshire and Peterborough ICB intend to reallocate the 16,123 Units of Dental Activity to existing NHS dental providers within the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough ICB.

Commissioners agree contracts with National Health Service dental practices to deliver a specific number of funded Units of Dental Activity (UDAs) each year. Payments are made in 12 monthly instalments in advance. Commissioners may redistribute dental funding where contractors are persistently unable to deliver their commitments.
The Central East Integrated Care Board (ICB) is responsible for making decisions and overseeing the delivery of high quality, safe, and affordable health and care services for people in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Milton Keynes and Peterborough. Over the next month, the ICB plans to offer the additional UDAs to NHS dental providers with existing contracts, focusing on improving access in areas where contracts with NHS dentists were terminated.
