To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what steps the Environment Agency is taking to remove the illegal waste site in Bickershaw.

Wigan Borough Council is leading work to clear the illegal waste site at Bolton House Road, Bickershaw. The Environment Agency is supporting this work by providing advice based on its experience of clearing other large illegal waste sites and engaging with affected communities.
