We do not report on individuals’ personal circumstances. The Department's workplace attendance policy allows colleagues to discuss exceptions to office attendance expectations with their line manager, who is responsible for deciding exceptions in line with departmental policy.
The Department does not routinely publish the specific reasons why individual employees did not attend the office during a particular reporting period.
