The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the answer of 2 April 2026 to Question 11413 on council tax, what was the methodology used by her Department to estimate the forecast rise in Band D council tax in (a) England, (b) Wales and (c) Scotland in each year.
