The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, with reference to her Department's press release entitled Pubs, shops and local assets protected with communities in charge, published on 16 June 2026, how much funding was allocated to the Community Ownership Fund in each round of its operation; how much has been allocated to the Community Right to Buy fund in each year of the Spending Review; and whether such funding is part of or in addition to the wider Pride in Place funding.

Answered by Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government

A full breakdown of funding allocated through each round of the Community Ownership Fund is available on the successful bidders page on GOV.UK.

My predecessor announced a new Pride in Place Community Right to Buy Fund. Further details regarding this funding will be set out in due course.
