To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 11 June 2026 to Question 6857 on Islamophobia, what assessment she has made of the potential merits of issuing guidance on the new definition that specifies how its use would be (a) lawful and (b) unlawful.
