The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the answer of 10 June 2026 to Question 6410 on Council tax, if she will list the estimates of the total taxbase and the average Band D council tax levels in each of the last five years that was provided to the Office for Budget Responsibility, in the most recent forecast that was produced.

The Office for Budget Responsibility does not publish information on Band D council tax levels and total taxbase in their forecasts.

Band D council tax levels and taxbase for 2011-12 to 2026-27 are published on the Department’s website: https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/council-tax-statistics.
