To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the answer of 10 June 2026, to Question 5955, on Council Tax, what was the methodological basis for increasing the notional council tax level by 4.9% in each of 2027-28 and 2028-29 relative to the previous financial year.
