The question

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, whether the HMRC Valuation Office pays for a licence to Google for its use of Google Maps and Streetview for council tax purposes.

The HMRC Valuation Office has appropriate commercial and licensing arrangements in place to pay Google for the use of Google Maps and Streetview.
