To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, pursuant to the answer of 20 July 2026, to Question 16915, on Sanctuary Counsel, and paragraphs 233-234 of the Cabinet Office Guide to Parliamentary Work, what is the (a) procurement reference number on Contractfinder service and (b) Procurement identifier (OCID) on Find a Tender service, for the Sanctuary Counsel work and contracts.

There is no procurement reference number as the total contract was not published. There are no live contracts with Sanctuary Counsel. No payments for the Soft Power Review were made as grants.
