The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to her Department's document entitled PPN 026: The social value model, published on 5 August 2026, and with reference to the Government’s Make Work Pay guidance collection, what types of action could be counted and scored under the policy goal of access to trade union representation; and whether this includes employers increasing the level of trade union facility time.
