The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, pursuant to the answer of 9 July 2026, to Question 15414, on FCDO: Public Expenditure, what is the new reporting process that has prevented publication of transparency data since February 2025, and what is his planned timetable for reporting the backlog of transparency data for each month since February 2025 onwards.

Answered by Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office

The publication of the £25,000 and above invoice transparency reports and the £500 and above government procurement card transparency reports was temporarily paused while upgrades were made to Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) systems and technical staff were trained to process the reports using the upgraded systems.

Publication will resume in due course.
