To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade, pursuant to the Answer of 6 July 2026 to Question 15574 on Insolvency: Data Protection, whether the Insolvency Service has requested that the relevant records of Global Counsel are retained.

Global Counsel Ltd entered Administration on 20 February 2026. William Wright and Stephen Absolom of Interpath Ltd were appointed as the Joint Administrators. It is the Joint Administrators responsibility to secure and retain the company’s accounting records.
