Alaba Properties
The question
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade, for what reason the Compulsory strike-off action against Alaba Properties Ltd, registered on Companies House 11885501, was twice discontinued; and whether that company (a) had and (b) has an unpaid Bounce Back loan under the Coronavirus scheme.
Answered by Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade
The Registrars of Companies must discontinue compulsory strike-off action when information comes to light indicating that a company is carrying on business or is otherwise in operation. The Registrars of Companies do not comment on action regarding specific companies.
Information regarding whether a company (a) had and (b) has an unpaid Bounce Back Loan is considered commercially sensitive to the borrower. The Department therefore cannot disclose information at this time regarding Alaba Properties Ltd, and whether the company either had, or has, an unpaid Bounce Back Loan.
