The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, pursuant to the answer of 23 July 2026, to Question 18831, on Rural Affairs: International Cooperation, if he will place in the Library a copy of the agreements of (a) environmental cooperation memoranda of understanding with China, (b) Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew memoranda with Chinese scientific and botanical institutions and a UK-China Food Safety, Animal and Plant Quarantine memorandum.

Defra does not intend to place copies of the memoranda of understanding referred to in the answer of 23 July 2026 to Question 18831 in the Libraries of the House.
