The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to 10 Downing Street's publication entitled Exchange of letters between the Prime Minister and the Chancellor of the Exchequer on the advice from the Independent Adviser on Ministerial Standards: 29 October 2025, published on 29 October 2025, what assessment her Department has made of whether the former Chancellor of the Exchequer breached the Ministerial Code by failing to register her rented home under the selective licensing requirements.
