To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to page 88 of his Department’s Strategic Defence Review, published 2 June 2025, what progress he has made on inviting leaders of FTSE100, other relevant companies and civil society organisations to attend defence courses.

The Defence Academy is already inviting leaders from FTSE 100 Companies, other relevant companies and Civil Society Organisations to attend Defence courses. Further work to deliver the Strategic Defence Review recommendation is ongoing, as this represents an opportunity to shape Defence’s engagement with industry, especially in cyber, technology and specialist capabilities.
