Since the programme launched in March 2025, we have published guidance for six Commercial Pathways, with a further three currently in development. Additionally, we have shared over thirty case studies showcasing a wide range of innovative commercial approaches. This diverse collection plays a crucial role in encouraging teams to explore non-traditional methods and helps to overcome the risk aversion often linked to innovation.
