East Midlands Railway: Complaints

Asked by Shivani RajaConservativeDepartment for TransportTabled Answered 8 September 2026UIN 22344

The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, how many complaints on East Midlands Railway services serving Leicester were received by (a) her Department and (b) the Office of Rail and Road in each of the last three years.

Answered by Department for Transport

The Department recognises the importance of passengers being able to raise concerns about their journeys. The Department does not hold complaint data for East Midlands Railway (EMR) services serving Leicester. The Office of Rail and Road regularly publishes performance information for all train operators on its website.
