The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, with reference to the rollout of HPV self-testing kits via the NHS App, text, email and post, what steps her Department is taking to ensure that digitally excluded individuals and non-English speakers in diverse communities, such as Leicester East, are proactively identified and supported to request and complete these kits.
