The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many new prison places have been delivered since 5 July 2024 and at which prisons.

We are committed to continuing the Prison Supply Programmes, aiming to deliver 14,000 places by 2031. Between 5 July 2024 and 1 September 2026, we have delivered c.3,300 places at the following sites:
