To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the Ministry of Defence annual report and accounts 2025 to 2026, Losses, if he will provide further information on the £2,859,000 constructive loss in relation to the Marshall - site closures.

The MARSHALL Air Traffic Management constructive loss relates to historical programme costs that were incurred appropriately, but were later declared abortive following strategic and operational decisions to close a number of sites. Related activities that were undertaken include surveys, preparatory and transition work and technical acceptance tasks.
