The question
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the Written Statement of 14 July 2026 on The Armoured Cavalry Programme, HCWS237, when he plans to have resolved the findings of the Army Safety Investigation Team investigation.

All recommendations from the Ajax Safety Investigation Team's investigation are being progressed, with the majority already completed. A number of the recommendations apply more broadly across the Ministry of Defence, not solely to just the Ajax programme. Therefore, the resolution of some of the recommendations are ongoing as they are dependent on the output of other programmes.
I will continue to keep the House informed about developments with Ajax, as I have done since Exercise Titan Storm via Written Ministerial Statement.
