The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the Written Statement of 14 July 2026 on The Armoured Cavalry Programme, HCWS237, what is the timetable for resulting actions from the Ajax Independent Expert Panel Review.

Progress is underway with alignment of the Independent Expert Panel Review (IEPR) recommendations with existing Army Safety Investigation Team report recommendations, with implementation timelines being finalised.

Some IEPR recommendations are dependent on the output of other programmes while others have broader applicability beyond the Ajax programme.

I will continue to keep the House informed about developments with Ajax, as I have done since Exercise Titan Storm via Written Ministerial Statement.
