To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to Recommendation 5 of the 2025 Strategic Defence Review, what progress has his Department made in 2026 in delivering a minimum viable product for the Defence-wide Secret Cloud.

Significant progress has been made in the development of the Defence-wide Secret Cloud throughout 2026. A minimum viable product (MVP) will be available before the end of 2026, with plans to rapidly expand and enhance the capability during 2027. The Digital Targeting Web will be among the first services to adopt the MVP Defence-wide Secret Cloud capability.
