To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the 2025 Strategic Defence Review, what progress has he made in establishing a career education pathway for the whole force - Regulars, Reserves, and Civil Service, as outlined in Recommendation 18.

Work has progressed to establish the formal governance to ensure effective delivery of recommendation 18 of the Strategic Defence Review and to cohere the approach across Defence. A proposed plan to deliver a career education pathway is expected by the end of 2026, with implementation of a training and education solution to be achieved in training year 2027/28.
