The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to recommendation 34 of the 2025 Strategic Defence Review, whether he committed not to extend the life of the Dreadnought class submarines beyond their intended end‑of‑service dates from the mid-2050s.

The Government accepted this 2025 Strategic Defence Review recommendation and is in the process of implementing it.
