The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to recommendation 51 of the 2025 Strategic Defence Review, what progress he has made in planning and developing the CyberEM Command structure as part of the Digital Warfighter Group, including ensuring it is a whole force endeavour with its structure largely filled by a mixture of civilians and Reserves.

Answered by Ministry of Defence

The Defence Cyber and Electromagnetic Force reached initial operating capability on 1 December 2025. This marked the establishment of the Force Headquarters and the command structure. Work continues to scale capability and follows a blended whole force approach.
