The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to recommendation 59 of the 2025 Strategic Defence Review, whether his Department has delivered the overarching infrastructure Recapitalisation Plan since February 2026.

The overarching Defence Infrastructure Recapitalisation Plan has not yet been delivered and is under development, with delivery scheduled for a revised target date of December 2026.
