The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what discussions his Department has had with their counterparts in Singapore on the Government of Singapore becoming a participant in the Global Combat Air Programme.

As partners we have maintained that we remain open to other partners joining, however, the UK and our GCAP partners, Italy and Japan, are focused on delivering this vital military capability swiftly.
