The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority Major Projects Annual Report 2025 to 2026, Tables, Land Environment Tactical Communication and Information Systems, whether the programme is still operating at risk following the publication of the Defence Investment Plan.

The publication of the Defence Investment Plan has provided greater clarity on Defence investment priorities. The formal reset from the Land Environment Tactical Communication and Information Systems (LETacCIS) Programme to the Land Domain Command, Control, Compute and Communications (LDC4) Programme remains subject to departmental approval through a Strategic Outline Case (SOC) in 2026.
