Asked by Ben Obese-JectyConservativeHome OfficeTabled Answered 8 September 2026UIN 23290

The question

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority Major Projects Annual Report 2025 to 2026, Tables, Asylum Support Accommodation Programme, by when will she have competed the re-planning and re-baselining across the programme.

Answered by Home Office

The Asylum Support Accommodation Programme received an improved Amber rating at the June NISTA assurance review, allowing the FACT Outline Business Case to proceed through internal HO and HMT assurance. Once assurance is fully complete the Programme will be formally re-baselined.

Work continues to refine requirements in line with HO Strategy, whilst this is underway the plan remains in live development.
