To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority Major Projects Annual Report 2025 to 2026, Tables, Armour Main Battle Tank Programme, how much has been spent so far on the programme, and what is the remaining projected amount of the Whole life cost of £1944.09 million left to spend.

As at July 2026, the Armour Main Battle Tank Programme had spent approximately £705 million. Against the published Whole Life Cost of £1,944.09 million in the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority Major Projects Annual Report 2025-26, approximately £1,239 million remains to be spent.
