To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority Major Projects Annual Report 2025 to 2026, Tables, Defence Estate Optimisation Portfolio, whether outstanding affordability confirmation delays for projects have been resolved.

No projects within the Defence Estate Optimisation Portfolio (DEOP) have been resubmitted with a reduced scope to meet affordability targets.
Affordability across DEOP has been considered through the Defence Investment Plan and subsequent portfolio reviews.
The Ministry of Defence continues to monitor the position through its regular departmental governance and investment assurance processes.
