The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority Major Projects Annual Report 2025 to 2026, Tables, Armoured Cavalry 2025, what steps has he taken to improve the NISTA Delivery Confidence Assessment rating of RED.

Answered by Ministry of Defence

Significant work is underway to address the recommendations arising from independent reviews, in addition to the Department's wider assessment of the Armoured Cavalry Programme. The programme continues to work closely with NISTA on the action plan to address the Delivery Confidence Assessment.
