The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority Major Projects Annual Report 2025 to 2026, Tables, Next Generation (Fixed) Communication Network, whether the review team has completed the Q1 2026/27 reassessment of programme performance.

No. The National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority has not completed the Q1 2026/2027 reassessment of programme performance.

Following the March 2026 Gateway Review, the programme has worked collaboratively with the assurers to develop and implement an Assurance Action Plan.

A formal review is scheduled for later in the year.
