The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority Major Projects Annual Report 2025 to 2026, Tables, New Style of Information Technology Deployed, whether delivery of OpNET to the land environment was completed in May 2026.

Answered by Ministry of Defence

The delivery of OpNET to the Land environment was not fully completed in May 2026. However, sufficient capability has been delivered to enable the transition away from a number of legacy services and the cessation of associated legacy support contracts. Work remains to bring the full complement of OpNET nodes into service.
