The question

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority Major Projects Annual Report 2025 to 2026, Tables, Asylum Support Accommodation Programme, by when will she have submitted Outline Business Case 1 for assessment by the Programme Assurance Review team.

The Future Asylum Contracts Transformation (FACT) Tranche 1 Outline Business Case was submitted for assessment as part of the Programme Assessment Review undertaken in June 2026. The review re-assessed the programme following changes made in response to recommendations from the January 2026 review and awarded an Amber Delivery Confidence Assessment.
