Asked by Blake StephensonConservativeDepartment of Health and Social CareTabled Answered 8 September 2026UIN 23484

The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if she will support plans to build a new Children’s Hospital in Cambridge.

Answered by Department of Health and Social Care

The Department remains committed to working with the Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust on this topic, as funding of approximately £100 million has been made available centrally via the Hospital Upgrades Programme with the Department for the Children’s Hospital. We continue to work closely with our NHS England counterparts to deliver this.
