To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, with reference to the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority Major Projects Annual Report 2025 to 2026, Tables, PFI Prison Expiry and Transfer Tranche 2, by when does he plan to deliver the 458 additional prison places through the Rye Hill houseblock delivery.
