To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, with reference to the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority Major Projects Annual Report 2025 to 2026, Tables, PFI Prison Expiry and Transfer Tranche 3, for what specific reasons has the project end date been moved from 28 January 2028 to 31 July 2029.

Answered by Ministry of Justice
