To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, what written representations have Ministers received from the Mayor of Greater Manchester since July 2024.

I refer the hon. Member to the answer given to PQ 8186 on 17 June 2026.
That answer set out that all Mayoral Strategic Authorities are encouraged to make formal representations to HM Treasury around fiscal events – the majority of MSAs provided submissions ahead of Autumn Budget 2025, including Greater Manchester Combined Authority. More widely, HMT ministers regularly correspond and meet with Mayors on a range of issues, including at quarterly Mayoral Council meetings and around fiscal events.
