To ask the Chairman of the Public Accounts Commission, whether any internship schemes managed by the National Audit Office are restricted to applicants on the basis of (i) ethnicity, (ii) social class and (iii) both.

The National Audit Office (NAO)’s 2026 Diversity internship scheme is a 6-week scheme for university students. Applicants must meet at least one of the following protected characteristics: lower socio-economic background; black heritage background; female.
