The question

To ask the Right hon. Member for Kenilworth and Southam, representing the Speaker's Committee on the Electoral Commission, what is the percentage office workplace attendance requirement in the Electoral Commission; and whether attendance statistics are collated.

The Electoral Commission requires office-based staff to spend at least 40% of working time in the office. Attendance is managed by line managers.
