The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade, what was the outturn spending by the department on communications, marketing and advertising in (a) 2024-25 and (b) 2025-26.

The DBT Annual Report and Accounts for 2024/25 and 2025/26 reported a Departmental Group spend on Advertising and Publicity as £29m and £41m respectively.
